What do you do when the one person you can't live without realizes they can live without you...?

Pig and Runt: born only moments apart, twins in all but blood, they are one. But as they reach their 17th birthday the hedonistic and insular world they've inhabited all their young lives is on the verge of tragically and dangerously imploding in this chaotic, funny, twisted and poignant story of young love, growing up and growing apart.
